PAPER MILL: The plant of Trinidad Tissues Limited in Malabar, Arima, where operator Anand Parag lost his left leg yesterday.

Carlstien said… - Cleve, this is a tricky one, I think you all have done what is necessary. Have you asked why, what are his concerns, reassure him that it won't happen again. If that won't work, then re-assign him to work somewhere else. There is nothing mouch more to do.
Sometimes, employees may use these situations too to get out of work they never liked in the first place and is now exploiting the opportunity to move.
